FISHIMPACT QR code labeling
VIEW OUTPUTFISHIMPACT LABEL aims to offer fish companies in the fisheries and aquaculture sector the opportunity to create electronic labels for fish products simply and effectively. This platform provides for the release of a QR Code for each registered Adriatic-Ionian fish and shellfish species. Once the QR Code on the label has been scanned with a smartphone, consumers can access nutritional and sustainability information about the species, detailed information on the origin, fishing or farming methods, certifications obtained, and the health benefits associated with eating fish.

VIEW OUTPUTThe Sustainability Self-evaluation Tool enhances the competitiveness of fisheries and aquaculture SMEs by supporting the integration and application of ESG principles in their business operations. The tool enables companies to assess their sustainability performance through objective scoring criteria and identify areas requiring improvement. It also allows SMEs to perform periodic self-assessments and compare results over time, thereby supporting continuous monitoring and improvement of sustainability practices. To ensure broad accessibility and usability across the Adriatic–Ionian region, the tool is available in multiple languages and is accompanied by a user manual.
